Return & Store Credit Policy

At Beligas Pharmacy, we track all shipments to ensure successful delivery to your doorstep. We are transitioning from issuing refunds to providing store credit for all eligible cases.

Non-Delivery

If your order is not received within 30 days from the date of dispatch, you will get store credit for 100% of your purchase value.

Damaged Items

If your order is delivered damaged, you can be given store credit for the value of the damaged item(s). To be eligible:

  • Snap a clear photograph of the damaged product(s).
  • Place a piece of paper with the date next to the item(s) in the photo.

Used or tampered products will not be accepted for store credit.

Change of Mind

We do not provide store credit for orders canceled because of a change of heart after the purchas

Claim Window

After a shipment has been reported delivered, you have five (5) calendar days from the date of delivery to report any issues. The order will be finalized and not eligible for store credit after this time.

Reshipment Option

If you prefer a reshipment instead of store credit for damaged or undelivered items, that may be requested. We will cover the shipping cost of the reshipment.

Partial Shipments or Damages
  • If only some items in your order arrive damaged, store credit will be issued for those specific items only. The shipping fee will not be credited.
  • If part of your shipment is missing, store credit will be issued for the undelivered item(s) only.
  • If your entire order is missing or completely damaged, store credit will be provided for both the product value and shipping fee.
Bitcoin Payments

For orders paid via Bitcoin, store credit will reflect the USD equivalent of the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. We do not issue refunds in BTC.
